Every Spotless cleaner passes a multi-step screening process before their first booking. This includes a national background check through a third-party agency, identity verification, in-person interview, and a supervised test clean. Fewer than 1 in 8 applicants make it through. We don't post ads and hire anyone with a mop — we build a small, trusted roster.
Yes — by default, we assign you the same cleaner for recurring bookings. They learn your home, your preferences, and the things you care about most. If you ever need a substitute (illness, scheduling), we notify you in advance and send someone from the same vetted pool.
Most clients aren't. You can leave a key, use a lockbox code, or let us in before you leave. Access instructions are added during booking and stored securely. Your cleaner is the only person with access — no shared keys, no office copies.
Yes. Your cleaner arrives with professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment. If you have a preferred product for a specific surface (a particular floor polish, for example), just leave it out with a note and they'll use it.

All Spotless cleaners are covered by a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy. If something is accidentally damaged during a clean, file a report within 48 hours and we handle the claim directly. No runarounds, no "prove it" — we take responsibility and make it right.
We offer a 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If anything was missed or done to a standard below your expectations, message us within 24 hours and we'll send your cleaner back — no charge, no argument. We've honoured this guarantee on fewer than 2% of bookings because our standards are high, but it's there if you need it.
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking at no charge. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) incur a small fee to compensate your cleaner for reserved time. We think that's fair — your cleaner turned down other work for your slot.
